FAQ Firewall, Proxy & Caching Servers/Software
If you do experience issues associated to a firewall, proxy or caching server/software then we would recommend white-listing requests from the myRepono system, this can usually be done by white-listing the myRepono system IP addresses via the relevant server/software configuration - for guidance doing so please refer to the relevant documentation for your server/software.
All incoming connections to your myRepono API and FTP account from the myRepono system will currently use the following IP address:
