FAQ >> Do you offer monthly or unlimited service plans?

We made the decision to use a top-up balance system as opposed to monthly payment plans, this means we can offer highly competitive pricing and you only pay for what you use!
 
We provide both one-time top-up payment systems and an automatic top-up payments system which enables you to setup scheduled automatic top-up payments. If setting up automatic top-up payments you may schedule monthly, quarterly or annual payments, or you can choose to top-up automatically whenever your balance is less than or equal to a set amount.
 
We do not offer unlimited services plans because it would require we mislead our customers and have unreasonable 'fair usage policies' - it is impossible to offer an 'unlimited' usage service at a reasonable price without setting some form of limit. Rather than gamble with the quality of our service we have decided to use a simple 'pay-for-what-you-use' method which allows us to offer highly competitive pricing.
