How it works
We don't believe in charging you for resources you don't use, that's why we use a pre-paid balance system and only charge you for the resources you use.
- You choose how much you would like to pay into your balance, the minimum top-up is $5 USD.
- As you use the service we calculate your charges based on your usage and deduct the charges from your balance.
- You can top-up your balance whenever you like, payment can be made by credit/debit card or PayPal.
- You can hold your balance in British Pounds Sterling, United States Dollars or Euros*.

Restoration data transfer is free up to 50% of your monthly backup data transfer with a minimum of 1GB free, additional data transfer is charged at standard rate. e.g. Use 10GB data transfer in a month, restore up to 5GB free of charge. Data storage charges do not apply to restorations.
