The myRepono backup process has been updated to adjust when the process will fail-over to use FTP backups rather than the default HTTP method.

We hope this change will significantly improve the reliability of the backup process without the need for adjustment to the API configuration.

API Version 1.8 for Improved Compatibility

The myRepono Backup API has been updated to address edge-case compatibility issues and to improve the reliability of the default API configuration.

It is recommended that all users update their API to version 1.8 using either the manual or automated API installation tools, or users running version 1.4 or above may be able to take advantage of the API upgrade tool.

The myRepono restoration system has been updated to improve it's efficiency, performance and reliability.

Important note, the restoration system will no longer process a backup prior to processing your restoration enabling you to start an immediate restoration without waiting for a new backup to complete.
